ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 3-ounce salmon fillets
- 4 teaspoons sesame ginger glaze
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 24-ounce bag Frozen Powered By Plants Farro, Broccoli, Carrots and Chickpea blend
- 2 teaspoons turmeric
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 320F.
Step 2
Coat a baking dish with 1 teaspoon oil. Place salmon in baking dish and drizzle with glaze and black pepper. Bake for 40 minutes.
Step 3
Heat remaining 2 teaspoons oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat, add Frozen Powered By Plants Farro, Broccoli, Carrots and Chickpea blend and turmeric. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until veggies are slightly browned. Serve farro blend in bowls topped with salmon.
