ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tablepoons chia seeds
- 1 banana
- 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- baked peanuts
- peanut butter
- strawberries
Method
Step 1
Combine the milk with chia seeds and leave for 10 minutes. Stir again with a fork to avoid lumps and refrigerate for at least 1 hour
Step 2
Take beautiful glasses and in one arrange the strawberry puree then the chia pudding
Step 3
And in the other one first the chocolate mixture and peanut butter, then the chia pudding
Step 4
Decorate it with peanuts and the other one with fresh strawberries
