Fluffy chocolate souffle

"Ultimate dark chocolate soufflé, very moist, fluffy and soft. If you want to impress, but the time is limited, this is my all time favorite option."

ingredients

  • 100 grams dark chocolate
  • 125 milliliter hot milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 3 tablepoons caster sugar
  • 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • cocoa powder
  • extra sugar for greasing

Method

  • Step 1

    Combine the chocolate with hot milk and salt. Stir until the chocolate is melted

  • Step 2

    Now split the egg yolks from egg whites and mix the egg whites adding the sugar when the foam is formed, them continue mixing until soft peaks 3. Whisk one egg yolk into the chocolate, then add the flour and whisk again

  • Step 3

    Whisk one egg yolk into the chocolate, then add the flour and whisk again

  • Step 4

    Now carefully whisk in half off the egg whites. The other half should be incorporated with a spatula, following my moves, to keep the air inside

  • Step 5

    Grease the baking forms with butter then spread some sugar all other the butter, so the soufflé won’t stick to the edges

  • Step 6

    Poor in the dough and bake for 15 minutes for 200 degrees Celsius Poor some cocoa powder on top and serve them right away
