This here is Chraime (a.k.a fish in spicy red sauce). If you don't know it, you're missing out, I'm tellin' ya. I'm sharing the recipe, which I learned from my dad, who learned it from some old Jewish ladies in Libya (long story) on the Laurel Street Kitchen blog.
