✨I bought peppermint extract for holiday recipes and had so much left over, I decided to make minty iced matcha, and am now in love with this combo

ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon mint or peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder

Method

  • Step 1

    Sift matcha into a small bowl, add hot water, and whisk with a matcha whisk.

  • Step 2

    Combine milk, vanilla protein, and mint extract in a large glass and froth with a handheld frother.

  • Step 3

    Add ice to a glass and pour in 3/4 of your milk, and matcha, and top with the remaining milk
