ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (can substitute any plant based milk)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cups kefir yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut flakes
  • 1/3 cup granola

Method

  • Step 1

    Make the chia pudding: in a small bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Stir well, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes, until liquid has been absorbed.

  • Step 2

    Assemble bowls: place kefir yogurt in a bowl. Top with chia pudding, frozen raspberries, coconut flakes and granola. Enjoy!
