S'mores are best served warm...out of the oven. If you can't gather around a fire this oven roasted vegan and gluten free s'mores dip is the next best thing.

ingredients
- 1 ounce bag vegan chocolate chips
- 32 vegan marshmallows
- Gluten free graham style crackers, for serving
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Step 2
Place the chocolate chips in a 9 inch round baking dish. Add the marshmallows over the top facing one another lengthwise (the chocolate should be completely covered).
Step 3
Bake for 10 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
Step 4
Serve with gluten free graham style crackers and enjoy.
For reheating
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425ºF and bake until the chocolate is melted and marshmallows are warmed through.
