Family dinners at home are the perfect time to eat healthy, to new foods and to have control over food quality and portions. Research shows that children who share family meals three or more times a week are more likely to be in a healthy weight range and make better food choices.
Sunday dinner: slow cooker pot roast and veggies served over a choice of mashed potatoes or mashed cauliflower and a side of little girl giggles. I used @wedoglutenfree banana flour as a thickener for the gravy and it worked perfectly. -@lafujimama
