ingredients
- A small quarter cup of water + more when needed
- 2 large carrots peeled, halved and sliced diagonally thin
- 1 medium sized bowl of sweet potato leaves soaked and rinsed
- A large tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of ground black pepper
- Juice of one small quarter of lemon
- 2 tbsps of grapeseed oil
- A small handfuls of toasted sesame seeds for garnish
Method
Step 1
Heat a medium sized pot with water and oil. Once the liquids start to bubble throw in the carrots, seasonings and lemon juice. Stir and cook for 5 min or until the carrots are slightly soft and finally add the sweet potato leaves and cook and stir for 30 sec.
Step 2
Once the stew is done grab a lovely bowl of your choice, pour in the stew and garnish it with sesame seeds. Happy Chanukah!!!❤️❤️❤️
