I learned to make gremolato from Youtube and coriander and lemon dressing I made it up on the spot.

ingredients

  • One large bunch of flat leaf parsley soaked in salt water and rinsed
  • 6 small garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • ¼ tsp of ground black pepper
  • Juice of one large whole lemon
  • 1 ½ tbsps of lemon zest
  • A half a small cup of sunflower oil
  • One small bunch of coriander soaked in salt water and rinsed
  • 6 small garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • A pinch of cracked black pepper
  • Juice of one half a medium sized lemon
  • A half a small cup of sunflower oil

Method

  • Step 1

    For the Gremolata: Makes: One small bowl Process the garlic for 30 sec or until they are minced. Next process the remaining ingredients for 30 sec or until the consistency is thick and runny.

  • Step 2

    Pour the gremolata into a nice lovely bowl of your choice, cover with cling wrap and store in the fridge to serve cold later.

  • Step 3

    For the Coriander and lemon Dressing Makes: One small pot Process the garlic for 30 sec or until they are minced. Next process the remaining ingredients for 30 sec or until the consistency is thick and runny.

  • Step 4

    Pour the coriander dressing into a nice lovely small pot of your choice, cover with cling wrap and store in the fridge to serve cold later. Enjoy!!!
