ingredients
- 2 1/2 small cups of toasted sesame seeds blended into flour
- 1 small banana blended
- 3/4 small cup of water + more when needed
- Two large handfuls of frozen cherries halved and pitted
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 1 large tsp of coconut oil
- 4 small handfuls of toasted sesame seeds for garnish
Method
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl for 5 min or until the consistency is smooth, thick and no lumps. Add more water when needed.
Step 2
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius. On a baking tray with baking paper divide the mixture into 4 donuts and bake them for 8 minutes or until they are well cooked.
Step 3
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Combine all ingredients in a small roasting tray with parchment paper and cook them for 18 min or until they are well cooked.
Step 4
Blend the cherries for 30 sec or until the mixture becomes smooth and runny. Pour the mixture into a small bowl, wrap it up in a plastic bag and place in the fridge for an hour or until the glaze becomes slightly firm.
Step 5
Once the glaze becomes slightly firm glaze the donuts by dipping the top into the glaze, garnish them with sesame seeds and finally place them on a lovely plate of your choice. Happy Chanukah!!!!!!!!!🕯🕯🕯🕯🕯🕯🕯🕯🕯
