- 1/2 cup quick cooking oatmeal
- 20 grams vanilla protein powder, optional
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 tablespoon flax seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin purée
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Filling
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1/2 tablespoon almond butter

Magic shell
- 10 grams dark chocolate
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Method
Step 1
Mix together all of the ingredients for the oatmeal base in a bowl.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, combine the ingredients for the filling.
Step 3
Finally, melt the chocolate and coconut oil and mix together.
Step 4
Pour the filling on top of the oatmeal base, then add the chocolate layer on top.
Step 5
Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
