  • 1 teaspoon hot water
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons soy yogurt (or any kind of yogurt)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (or any sweetener)

Base:

  • 1/2 cup oats (or oat flour), blend until it achieves a flour-like texture
  • 1/2 cup soy milk (or any type of milk)
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder (optional)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons soy yogurt (or any kind of yogurt)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons maple syrup (or any sweetener)
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chocolate chunks, for topping

Method

  • Step 1

    To make the chocolate sauce, mix hot water and cocoa powder to achieve a homogeneous mixture, then add yogurt and mix. Set aside.

  • Step 2

    Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  • Step 3

    In a blender, combine all the base ingredients and blend until you achieve a smooth texture.

  • Step 4

    Pour half of the mixture into a baking bowl.

  • Step 5

    Spoon the chocolate filling into the middle of the baking bowl mixture.

  • Step 6

    Pour the remaining base mixture over the chocolate filling.

  • Step 7

    Sprinkle chocolate chunks on top.

  • Step 8

    Bake for 15-20 minutes.

  • Step 9

    Optional: While the baked oats are hot, pour some milk over them for a great texture.
