ingredients
- 1 small cabbage head
- 1 large yellow onion
- Chopped up bacon slices
- Desired amount of eggs
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Oil or butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Lay bacon ends out on a parchment paper lined baking tray and cook for about 15-20 minutes. *every oven is different so keep a close eye on them
Step 2
Dice up your onion. Add butter to a frying pan and add your onions. Cook down on medium heat for a few minutes.
Step 3
Chop and slice up your cabbage. Add it to your onions with smoked paprika + garlic powder + salt and pepper and begin cooking cabbage down-stirring often-until desired tenderness.
Step 4
Fry up those eggs. Scoop your cabbage + onions into a bowl. Top with bacon ends, fried egg, and parsley!
