Brunch Bake:
- coconut oil spray
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- 6 Immaculate Baking Organic Cinnamon Rolls with Icing, baked, chopped into 1-inch pieces
- 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Topping:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/8 cup light brown sugar
- 1/8 cup coconut oil, melted
- pinch of salt
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat a pie plate with coconut oil. Chop apple into ¼- inch pieces, place in pie plate. Add chopped Immaculate Baking Organic Cinnamon Rolls with Icing. Mix together cream, brown sugar, egg, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Pour cream mixture over chopped apples and cinnamon rolls.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix oats, flour, walnuts, brown sugar, coconut oil, and salt, stir until the mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle oat mixture into the pie plate. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until light golden brown.
