Sweet and sour Lao dipping sauce

ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons ground sticky rice
  • 3 dried pepper
  • 1 bunch thaï chive
  • 1/4 bunch cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon

Method

  • Step 1

    Chop the chive, cilantro and dried pepper, smash the garlic, and mix in a bowl

  • Step 2

    Roast sticky rice grains then blend until you reach a sandy texture (not too thin though)

  • Step 3

    Add the juice of your lemon and the fish sauce

  • Step 4

    That's it ! Enjoy
