ingredients

  • 1 fresh Red tuna filet
  • 115 gram Unripe mango
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/2 Granny Smith apple
  • 120 gram Cucumber
  • 1/2 Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Tabasco
  • 10 gram Chives
  • 10 grams Green onions

Method

  • Step 1

    Cut your mango, avocado, cucumber and tuna into 2cm-thick dices, and your granny apple into a fine brunoise

  • Step 2

    Add all the cut ingredients in a bowl, then the olive oil, sweet soy sauce, lime juice and tabasco

  • Step 3

    Mix everything

  • Step 4
