Bring street food to your kitchen this week! Mango salsa is the perfect addition to these chicken tacos. To spice these up these tacos are paired with a chili yogurt sauce.

- 2 large chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 2 tablespoons organic honey
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Mango salsa
- 2 ripe mangos
- 1 lime
- 1/3 bunch cilantro
ingredients
Cilantro sauce
- 1 cilantro
- 2 limes
- 5 garlic cloves
- 10 ginger
- 2 bird eye red chilis

- 2 ripe avocados
- 3 limes
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 white onions
- greek yogurt
- tortillas
- cilantro
Method
Step 1
Prepare the meat by slicing the chicken breasts, mixing it will all meat ingredients, and let marinate while you prepare the greens
Step 2
Prepare the greens: add oil in a pan, then add the onions on high heat until golden, then add the mashed garlic cloves, then the bell peppers. Lower the heat to medium and cook for 5mn.
Step 3
While the greens are cooking, mash the avocados and mix with the juice of 1/2 lime and cilantro to taste.
Step 4
Set the greens aside and cook the chicken in the pan on high heat with some oil for 3mn each. Cover the pan for a juicy and wet texture, don't cover if you prefer it crunchy.
Step 5
While the chicken is cooking, slice the ripe mango into small cubes and mix with the lime juice and thinly sliced cilantro
Step 6
Heat the tortillas on a flat pan or in the oven, and serve all the ingredients (including the greek yogurt) on the table, each in an individual bowl. Let everybody make their own tacos! Enjoy
