ingredients
- 30 grams raw round rice
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 sheet of nori seaweed
- 50 grams avocado
- 50 grams edamame
- 50 grams pickled cucumber
- 50 grams mango
- 1/2 lime
- 1 salmon filet
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dried chili or sriracha
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Method
Step 1
Rinse the rice twice in cold water then cook it in the pressure cooker. Once cooked, aerate it and stir to cool it, without crushing the grains.
Step 2
Mix the rice with the vinegar, the mirin, and the crumbled seaweed sheet.
Step 3
Cook the edamame in salted boiling water until the beans rise to the surface.
Step 4
Brush the salmon with sweet soy sauce mixed with chilli and sesame seeds. Bake in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 190°C.
Step 5
Cut the avocado, cucumber and mangoes into small cubes.
Step 6
In a bowl, arrange the rice then cover with the different preparations organized in small piles.
Step 7
Squeeze the lemon juice over the vegetables.
