ingredients
- 1 cups almond flour
- 1 cups oat flour
- 1/4 cups cacao powder
- 1/4 cups coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 cups maple syrup (or agave, honey, any liquid sweetener)
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 12oz can coconut milk
- (16 oz) DF chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 tablespoons vanilla
- 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter
- 4 tablespoons icing sugar
- 1 tablespoons cacao powder
- 3 tablespoons DF cream cheese
- 1 tablespoons whole milk
- Strawberries
- Sliced almonds
Method
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Combine all the crust ingredients in a medium bowl.
Step 3
Spray a 9 inch circular pan (but really any baking pan you have works).
Step 4
Press the crust into your pan and then bake for 11 minutes. Once done remove and place to cool.
Step 5
Heat up coconut milk in the microwave (not boiling).
Step 6
Pour coconut milk into a bowl with the chocolate chips and let it sit for 40 seconds. Then stir until combined into a ganache, add vanilla and salt.
Step 7
Pour ganache into crust and then refrigerate until set (minimum 2 hours).
Step 8
Remove from fridge and decorate however you like!
