ingredients

  • 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cups whole milk
  • 1 teaspoons beetroot powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 2 fresh figs
  • 5 fresh blackberries
  • 2 fresh strawberries
  • 6 fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons goji berries

Method

  • Step 1

    Add the oats, milk, beetroot powder (you can also use fresh beet), cinnamon, vanilla, and honey in a small pot and cook on medium for 2-3 minutes

  • Step 2

    Top with a mixture of fruit as well as hemp seeds and goji berries if you'd like.

  • Step 3

    Enjoy!
