ingredients
- 1 cups oat flour (can use rolled oats, I just prefer the texture using oat flour!)
- 1/3 cups dessicated coconut
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cups dates (soaked) + 3 tbsp water they were soaked in
- Cinnamon
Method
Step 1
Soak dates in boiling water for about 20 minutes
Step 2
Add oat flour, banana, coconut, dates (+3 tbsp of the water they were soaked in) and cinnamon
Step 3
Blend until combined and roll into balls (tip: wet your hands before you roll them into balls so the mixture doesn't stick to you!)
Step 4
Optional: roll the balls in some extra coconut
Step 5
Keep in the fridge
Step 6
