ingredients

  • 1 cups oat flour (can use rolled oats, I just prefer the texture using oat flour!)
  • 1/3 cups dessicated coconut
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cups dates (soaked) + 3 tbsp water they were soaked in
  • Cinnamon

Method

  • Step 1

    Soak dates in boiling water for about 20 minutes

  • Step 2

    Add oat flour, banana, coconut, dates (+3 tbsp of the water they were soaked in) and cinnamon

  • Step 3

    Blend until combined and roll into balls (tip: wet your hands before you roll them into balls so the mixture doesn't stick to you!)

  • Step 4

    Optional: roll the balls in some extra coconut

  • Step 5

    Keep in the fridge

  • Step 6

    Enjoy!
