ingredients
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained
- 1 10 oz can Red Gold Mild Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies, drained
- 2 (15 ounce) cans whole kernel sweet corn, drained
- 1/2 to 1 cup fresh chopped cilantro
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 8 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix powder
- 1-2 jalapeños, diced
- 3 slices of cooked crispy bacon, chopped
Method
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the drained tomatoes, corn, cilantro, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, Ranch dressing mix powder, and diced jalapeños.
Step 2
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Step 3
Sprinkle the crispy chopped bacon on top of the dip.
Step 4
Serve with your favorite chips and enjoy!
