ingredients

  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained
  • 1 10 oz can Red Gold Mild Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies, drained
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans whole kernel sweet corn, drained
  • 1/2 to 1 cup fresh chopped cilantro
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix powder
  • 1-2 jalapeños, diced
  • 3 slices of cooked crispy bacon, chopped

Method

  • Step 1

    In a large bowl, combine the drained tomatoes, corn, cilantro, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, Ranch dressing mix powder, and diced jalapeños.

    Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  • Step 3

    Sprinkle the crispy chopped bacon on top of the dip.
