- 1 pounds Dry sea scallops Dry sea scallops
- 3 tablespoon butter Butter
- 1/4 cup panko brea Panko
- 1 tsp parsley Parsley
- 1/2 lemon Lemon
- 1 tsp Garlic salt Garlic salt
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 Remove side muscle from sea scallop. Spray casserole dish and place scallops in dish. In pan melt butter add parsley and garlic powder.
Step 2
Pour butter mixture over scallops and sprinkle Panko crumbs on top. Bake 25 minutes.
