Buckwheat Vanilla-chocolate Smoothie With Fruits
?Smoothie Jar?This was made on a whim.... Then devoured by my kids! From the bottom to the top: coconut yogurt, passion fruit, strawberry/Acai jam, buckwheat vanilla smoothie, more jam, buckwheat choc/vanilla smoothie! Topped with fresh fruits and my garden blooms!! Was rainy here this morning now it's hot and sunny!☀️☀️Hope everyone is having an amazing day!!!
Layers from bottom to top: 1/2 cup coconut yogurt 1 passion fruit 3/4 cup Strawberry & acai Jam 3/4 cup buckwheat vanilla smoothie 1/4 cup of Strawberry & acai Jam 3/4 cup of chocolate & vanilla buckwheat smoothie Strawberry & Acai Jam: 3 cups of fresh strawberries, 2 tbs of acai powder (or sub 1 frozen acai packet), 1 tbsp of coconut oil. Place all ingredients into your blender and blend till smooth. Buckwheat Smoothie: 2 cups of non dairy milk, 1 ripe banana, 2 pitted medjool dates, 1 cup of buckwheat groats, 1 tsp of vanilla powder (or sub extract). Place all ingredients into blender and blend till smooth. Pour out half into separate cup (vanilla smoothie). With the half in the blender add 1.5 tbsp of cacao powder and blend till smooth (chocolate smoothie). Assemble the jar, garnish with fresh seasonal fruit, and dig in with your favorite spoon!
