It really makes the most beautiful blue 🦋 well Winter Olympics has my attention, excited to see @adaripp skate again tonight! I loved his performance last night!!!!!!!

Haaayy Everyone!!!!!!🕺🏼🙋🏻‍♀️ I know... it’s been seriously a hot minute!!! I am officially accepting my role as a retired swimmer hahaha!! I had so much fun at our college alumni meet!!! However my body is still shaking!! I forgot how much work it really is being a college level athlete! I’m so thankful for that part of my life!! Inspired to add in a few swim workouts a week! I was in the mood for some good food../ made this bagel and it was LIT!! Sprouted wheat sesame seed bagel, lathered with roasted garlic hummus, red bell pepper, Avo slices, raw kraut, #amd bagel seasoning!!!❤️ happy Saturday!!
This drannnkk is in my stories !! Green smoothies like this one is what I grew up on! My dad made them every week no matter what! My siblings and I would always try to get out of drinking them ha! Oh how grateful I am now that he cared enough for our health! It’s come full circle ⭕️ for me! Now I’m the one making everyone in my home drink their greens ... or else☝?☝?☝??How the heck is it already noon!!! This day is flying by? just one more day to the weekend!!! Too #HANGRY to style my lunch and get my dslr camera out for a pic!! And I do sorta dig the more realistic food photos! I swear cleaning the house is like a workout!!!! Ya feel me??? I just needed to eat hahaha I get crabby and emotional when I don’t have food !! Today’s lunch was quick and easy!! I warmed a sprouted tortilla, added some organic greens, and some tuna salad! For the tuna I used yellow mustard, a little vegan mayo spread, red onion, celery, pickles, salt and pepper! Topped it with some chili flakes, wrapped this baby up and enjoyed!! Now off to the pool to coach!????‍♀️??‍♀️ Wishing you the best day ever!!!
Hearty greens bowl ? to fuel me to lunch! Blended kale, Avo, banana, almond milk and honey! Topped with raspberries, kiwis ?, cacao nibs and coconut shreds ?? simple but filling!!! Any day is a good day for a smoothie bowl! Hope your having a good one!! I’m so happy to be running and getting my exercise on!! I feel so great after!! Mentally on point when I get my sweat on!! A lot of questions about the weightloss/detox soup!!! I’ll post the recipe for you this week!!!
Crunchy Superfood Super Mood Salad!!! Detoxifying and so good!!! Follows with romaine and chard, brown sprouted rice, golden beets, carrots, tomatoes, kraut, sprouts, hemp seeds, & Avo! I used lemon, acv, pink salt and oregano for dressing! I’m feeling pressure with my 30th birthday looming.... haha! Feels like a bigger deal then it probably is! But it is also motivating me to eat me best and look my best heading into my 30’s!!! So cheers to the birthday slim down!! I can’t even believe how fast it’s coming!! I see you March 17!!
Cheers ? home stretch to the weekend ??‍♀️? seriously crushing Friday .... made 6 layers of cake.. worked out, 1 load of laundry, cleaned kids room, emails, now off to do swim lessons! Have a beautiful day friends!! This shake is 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop strawberry protein powder, 1/2 frozen zucchini, 2 scoops collagen peptides, and 1 tbsp peanut butttaaahh!?
