All the veggies left in the fridge today☝🏼☝🏼👏🏽 mixed up and tossed in a spicy peanut satay sauce💥✨Cucumber cooodles🤣🤣 I mean noodles , can I call it coodles🤷🏻‍♀️?? Added some bell pepper, shredded carrots, purple cabbage, mango, peas, chives and cilantro! Yumm yummm yumm!!! Happy Weekend!!! Been working in the kitchen all day, can't complain, love creating!
Hello Brunch☝🏼✨💥 my favorite meal of the day👑🙋🏻 I'm on my forth day of consistent working out, and I feel like I'm falling into a nice morning routine 👏🏽✨ I'm not a early morning girl, I've never been. 9am workouts seem to be perfect for my body, that 6am workout... hell naaawwww🤦🏽‍♀️😴 whipped up this epic meal after my workout today. I storied it too if you fancy watching! Sautéed some baby broccoli, squash, and mushrooms in evoo, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Served with two soft scrambled eggs, Avo & everything seasonings(THE BEST), and lastly loaded on the hot sauce🔥🔥 I like it spicy!!!!
Squash Boat🚣🏻‍♀️🚣🏻‍♀️taco flavored goodness💦🌮 stuffed with organic pollo asada, black beans, onions, cilantro, guac, salsa, roasted jalepeño and lots of fresh lime!! Olè💃🏽 so I've actually had this picture on my camera roll for quite a few months.... I probably have the recipe stuffed in a kitchen drawer..😏🤗I totally forgot about it..🙋🏻🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ looks like I'll be remaking this bad boyyy and posting the recipe soon!! I'm all about practical simple foods, without sacrificing health! I love combining real foods in a bowl and calling it my meal! This bowl was amazing!!! I used one gala apple, 1/3 cup of raspberries, and 1/4 cup of homemade probiotic coconut yogurt #GUTHEALTH ! Then drizzled it with 1 tsp of raw almond butter and 2 dashes of pumpkin pie spice!! Don't forget the PUMPKIN PIE SpICE it take the flavor the the next level!!💥💥💥 Happy Hump DAY!!! ❤️🙌🏽
BRUNCH💥 always a great idea🤷🏻‍♀️⭐️ yes??? Well here it is my late breakfast early lunch ✨😊 Egg white omelette, with sautéed spinach, mushrooms, bell pepper and white onion. Also added some grass fed cheddar in the middle👑😜 served it with some Avo slices, raw kraut, and raspberries! Today I did some lifting.. haven't done it in some time... my muscles are so tender😭 going to be sore AF tomorrow! 🤣🙄👊🏽

Nothing I enjoy more then fresh ripe berries & figs!! I wish fig season would never end!! Added my probiotic coconut yogurt... love this stuff!! Seriously gets things moving.. if ya know what I mean! Added a dollop of peanut butter, raw chocolate sauce and cacao nibs✨✌🏼 I could eat this bowl every damn day😍 Have Wonderful day!
Collard wrapped spring rolls!! Stuffed with amazing zucchini steaks(Cooked strips of zucchini in a little sesame oil, 1 clove of minced garlic, and 3 tbsp of coconut aminos, cooked till tender), cabbage, carrot, avocado, basil and cilantro. Dipped them in some creamy delicious peanut sauce!!! For the sauce I used 1/4 cup Pb, 3 tbsp coconut aminos, 2 tbsp water,1 tsp siracha, juice from 1 lime, small thumb ginger, 1 clove of garlic, and 1 tsp of agave. Place all ingredients into a food processor and process for 2 mins or till smooth. Enjoy!!!!!!❤️💥🙌🏽
