- 1 cup plain Greek style yogurt
- 1/4 cup cashew butter
- 1 scoop vegan protein
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- Mini chocolate chips
- Chocolate, for melting
Method
Step 1
Combine yogurt, cashew butter, protein, maple & chocolate chips. Spoon into a popsicle mold & freeze. Once firm, dip into melted chocolate & freeze until ready to eat. Let thaw 5 minutes before eating!
