ingredients

  • 1 10-inch Sourdough Tortilla
  • 2 round slices of Ham
  • 1/2 wheel of Brie Cheese sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Strawberry Raspberry Jam
  • 1/3 cup Arugula
  • 1 teaspoon tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Juice

Method

  • Step 1

    Prep your sourdough discard tortilla by cutting or slicing a slit at the bottom part up to the middle. This is needed for folding the tortilla.

  • Step 2

    Combine your arugula, olive oil, and lemon juice and mix until all leaves are dressed coated well.

  • Step 3

    Imagine dividing your tortilla into four quadrants and start assembling your wrap. Start with placing the slices of brie on the lower right quadrant of your tortilla. Moving clockwise add the dressed arugula, then the slices of ham, ending with the strawberry raspberry Jam on the upper right-hand corner.

  • Step 4

    Start folding your tortilla with the arugula side over to the ham, then the jam, and lastly the brie cheese.

  • Step 5

    Once your tortilla is ready, place it on the grill and watch the brie just melt transform into its delicious gooey state. Once brie is melted enough, flip to heat the other side until you get a nice golden color on the tortilla.

  • Step 6

    All that’s left to do is to plate and serve.
