ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breast no skin
  • 1 large rosemary twig
  • 1 large thyme twig
  • 4 tbsp butter (unsalted)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 7 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup of fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

  • Step 2

    Place oil and butter in a pan

  • Step 3

    Add chicken breasts and brown one side

  • Step 4

    Flip Chicken

  • Step 5

    Add remaining ingredients

  • Step 6

    Place pan in the oven for 15 minutes

  • Step 7

    Check the internal temperature is at 155-160 degrees
