ingredients

  • 1 (4-ounce) stick unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 small shallot, minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
  • 3 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves removed and stems discarded
  • sea salt, as needed

Method

  • Step 1

    In a medium bowl, add all ingredients together and mix to combine thoroughly. Cover bowl and put in fridge to set.

  • Step 2

    Serve in dollops on top of cooked protein or vegetables.
