ingredients
- 1 (4-ounce) stick unsalted butter, softened
- 1 small shallot, minced
- 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves removed and stems discarded
- sea salt, as needed
Method
Step 1
In a medium bowl, add all ingredients together and mix to combine thoroughly. Cover bowl and put in fridge to set.
Step 2
Serve in dollops on top of cooked protein or vegetables.
