ingredients

  • 1 cup + 1 1/2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tablespoons Baking Powder
  • 1 Large Egg White
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1/3 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons Oat Haus Birthday Cake Granola Butter
  • 1 tablespoons Sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grab a 6 inch cake pan or a baking pan in similar size.

  • Step 2

    In a large bowl, using a whisk, mix your Greek yogurt and egg white.

  • Step 3

    Add in your vanilla extract and vegetable oil and whisk until combined.

  • Step 4

    In a separate bowl, whisk together your flour, baking powder and spices.

  • Step 5

    Combine the dry and wet ingredients using a spatula until it form into a ball of dough.

  • Step 6

    Lightly flour your counter.

  • Step 7

    Roll out into a long rectangle.

  • Step 8

    Spread 4-5 Tbsp of the birthday cake oat haus or your other spread. Can be Nutella or almond butter.

  • Step 9

    Spread 4-5 Tbsp of the birthday cake oat haus or your other spread.

  • Step 10

    Cut the dough into 4 long strips.

  • Step 11

    Roll them up one by one and place into the baking pan.

  • Step 12

    Pour 1 Tbsp heavy whipping cream into the baking pan.

  • Step 13

    Bake for 20 minutes.

  • Step 14

    While they bake, make the frosting.

  • Step 15

    Mix the powdered sugar and 2 Tbsp of heavy whipping cream.

  • Step 16

    Remove the rolls from the oven and spread the frosting on top of the rolls.

  • Step 17

    Sprinkle more sprinkles and Enjoy!
