ingredients
- 3/4 cup hazelnut spread of choice
- 1 cup gluten free rolled oats or almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Pinch sea salt
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F
Step 2
If you are using the oats, dump them into a blender and grind until a flour forms.
Step 3
Add the remaining ingredients to the blender, except for the chocolate chips, and blend until just Incorporated.
Step 4
Next, transfer contents to a bowl. The dough will be very sticky and that’s ok. Add chocolate chips to the bowl and mix it in well with the batter. **If you are using almond flour, just combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Step 5
Use a cookie scoop to form eight cookies and line them up on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Step 6
Bake for 9-10 minutes. Remove from oven. Enjoy!
