Summer Corn Salad with Avocado

Sweet corn is one of our favorite ingredients in the summer. There is nothing quite like a simple corn on the cob with a little bit of butter, but we also love grilling it with herbs, putting it in salad or creaming it for bisque! Make sure to pick up corn that has brown tassels instead of black and brittle ones as those won't be as fresh.
