ingredients
- 35 gram brown sugar
- 50 gram oat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 100 gram rolled oats
- 50 gram melted coconut oil
- 1 drained tin sliced peaches
Method
Step 1
Mix flour,oats, baking powder and sugar to together in a bowl.
Step 2
Add coconut oil slowly, a little at a time. Stir with a knife to combine.
Step 3
Place peaches in an oven-proof glass dish and spread oat mixture on top. Do not smooth over.
Step 4
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden-brown and crispy on top. Serve with yogurt.
