It’s #nationalcookieday, and what better way to celebrate that with decadent S’mores Cookies? We use mini marshmallows, graham crackers and milk and semi-sweet chocolate to replicate the classic campfire treat.
We’re due for a big storm in the Bay Area over the next few days, so I’m prepping the best way I know how: Roasting a few butterflied chickens with vegetables and pan sauce! Having the butcher take out the backbone of the chicken makes it roast in half the time, and slice much more evenly. #justaddsaltcooks
