@justyully captures one of my favorite things - fresh oysters at a market. In New Orleans, we eat them with cocktail sauce or a dash of tabasco but the French tend to prefer vinaigrettes like the traditional Brittany recipe with red wine vinegar, shallot and black pepper. Either way, oysters are delicious.
