Click the recipe link for Diane's Pizza Dough recipe.  To make a version similar to the one pictured here, bake the pizza in a rectangular pan.  Add some grated parmesan cheese on top of the dough to get a crispy golden brown crust. When the pizza is almost cooked through, top with fresh tomato sauce and bake 5 minutes more. 

Before serving top with fresh burrata and plenty of fresh basil!
