Pate Brisée Pie Dough
Truffled egg custard tart in the making… Inspired by @privatepalate’s Truffle egg custards in egg cups last month. Made a lighter version of Thomas Keller’s custard recipe but put it in @marthastewart  @kerrygoldusa pate brisée pie shell (with very little salt).. Oh yeah and I got new pie cutters, baby leaves.
