ingredients

  • 2 ounces apple whiskey
  • 4 ounces apple juice
  • Tonic water, for topping
  • Handful of ice
  • 1 cinnamon stick and rosemary sprig, for garnish

Method

  • Step 1

    Light a cinnamon stick and let it produce smoke. Turn the glass upside down and allow the smoke to fill the glass for about 1-2 minutes to infuse the smoky flavor. Once done, turn the glass upright and proceed.

  • Step 2

    Place a handful of ice into the smoked glass.

  • Step 3

    Pour apple whiskey and apple juice into the glass. Top off the glass with tonic water, leaving some space at the top for mixing.

  • Step 4

    Gently stir the ingredients together using a stirring stick or a spoon to combine the whiskey, apple juice, and tonic water.

  • Step 5

    Place a cinnamon stick and a sprig of rosemary as garnish before enjoying.
