Recipe Card

ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Rum
  • 1 ounce Skrewball Whiskey
  • 3/4 ounce Aperol
  • 3/4 ounce strawberry syrup
  • 4 strawberries, tops removed
  • 6 ounces pineapple puice
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 3 ounces coconut milk
  • Nutmeg, for garnish
  • Pineapple Leaves, for garnish

Method

  • Step 1

    In a blender add alcohol and strawberries and blend until smooth. Set aside.

  • Step 2

    In a clean blender add pineapple juice, lime juice, coconut milk and ice. Blend until smooth.

  • Step 3

    In a glass add strawberry mixture to the bottom. Add the pineapple mixture to the top and stir. Top with nutmeg.

  • Step 4

    Garnish with pineapple leaves.
