ingredients
- 2 cups pitted bing cherries
- 1/2 cup monkfruit sugar
- 3/4 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 1/3 ounce Altissio Nespresso
- 1 1/2 ounce whiskey
- 1 ounce cherry syrup
- 1/2 cup milk
- chocolate syrup
- fresh cherries for garnish
Method
Step 1
In a large saucepan, add cherries, sugar, bourbon and lemon juice over medium low heat. Cook until thick and syrupy, 30 to 40 minutes.
Step 2
Remove from the heat and let cool.
Step 3
Fill two glasses with ice and add 1 oounce of the cherry syrup to each glass. Add espresso and milk and mix to combine.
Step 4
Drizzle chocolate syrup around the glass and top with a fresh cherry.
