ingredients
- 1 cup kimchi, chopped
- 1 bag (8oz) jack cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon gochujang
- 1 can (10 oz) Tomato Love Seasoned Diced + Crushed Tomatoes Chili Starter
- 1 cup sour cream
- Cucumbers, chopped for garnish
- Fresh Cilantro, chopped for garnish
- Green Onions, chopped for garnish
- Tortilla Chips, for servings
- Kosher Salt, to taste.
- Black Pepper, to taste.
Method
Step 1
Heat kimchi and pan fry for about a minute. Add Jack cheese, gochujang, and the can of Tomato Love.
Step 2
Stir together until cheese is melted. About 8-10 minutes. Season well with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Mix until well combined..
Step 4
Pour into a serving dish and garnish with cucumbers, cilantro, and green onions. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
