ingredients
- 12 ounces pasta (rotini or elbow macaroni works well)
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup pickle brine (from a jar of pickles)
- 1 cup pickles (dill or bread and butter pickles), diced
- 1 cup Colby jack or cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, adjusted to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, adjusted to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
Method
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside to cool.
