After spending way too much time on Pinterest trying to get some lunch ideas, I finally gave up and just threw some stuff together. And it was GOOD 🙌🏻😊 I made a sauce out of roasted red pepper and avocado + some other ingredients. I tossed it with rice noodles, garbanzo beans, and chopped spinach and heated it all in the stove. I loved it, the boys loved it...a much better situation than this morning when I dropped all our oatmeal face-down on the counter! 🙈

🍌 Post Workout Smoothie 🍌 ➡️2 frozen bananas, 1 fresh banana, 1 cup rolled oats, 1 T peanut butter/PB powder, 1 T cocoa powder, 2 1/2 cups almond milk. I've been making a routine out of getting up with my kids between 5-6am every morning, working out, and then drinking this smoothie. It feels so AMAZING to get a good workout in first thing in the morning! It sets the tone for the rest of the day, and it is much easier to get things done 😄 If you want to make the chocolate sauce pictured here, I just mix some cocoa powder with just enough maple syrup to make a paste. Then I add a few drops of vanilla extract, then water to get it to the consistency I like. And that's it! 🍫👅💖
