Oil Free Baked Fries With Avocado Ranch Sauce

OIL FREE FRIES w/avocado ranch sauce I partnered with @bestfoodsmayonaisse and @thefeedfeed to create this super satisfying and delicious recipe. The Carefully Crafted dressing is vegan-friendly and
oh-so-perfect for the dipping sauce. 10/10 will make again. #BePicky #FeedFeed #Sponsored

Sushi Bowls With Cucumbers, Avocado And Sesame Dressing

Sushi bowls are my fave Veggies in this one: jalepeño, cucumber, green onions, avocado. Also: nori and toasted sesame seeds (so good). Drizzled with a creamy sesame sauce using @bestfoodsmayonnaise (they have a vegan one now!). ?? #BePicky #FeedFeed #Sponsored

SMOOTHIE BOMBS 🙌🏻✨ I’ve seen these around but no recipes, so I decided to make my own! Packed full of healthy fats and micronutrients, these babies take my smoothies to the next level. I like to drop it in with a banana or two, almond milk, and frozen berries or cocoa powder (depending on my mood). It makes my smoothies more filling and tast...more rich 😍 Not to mention that it saves me the time of adding extra ingredients! 💣 Here’s the recipe (I’ll revise it over time to make it even better): -1/2 c. Almonds -1/2 c. Walnuts -1/4 c. Chia seeds -1/2 c. Hemp seeds -1 Tbs + 1 tsp cocoa powder -9 medjool dates Blend in a blender or food processor until well incorporated, then form into balls! (I made 9 of them) Add 1 to a smoothie or a couple if your smoothies get on the large side (like mine 🙊). OR eat it as a snack. It’s like a healthy brownie bite 😊🍫 Store in the fridge.
I don’t think I’ll ever get used to winter in Washington. Georgia sun is calling my name! ???? On the plus side, lunch was incredible and super filling. Rice & steamed carrots covered in chickpea curry, with steamed asparagus, fresh tomatoes, and a perfectly ripe avocado half ????
Happy Friday! ⭐️ This morning’s breakfast: blueberry pancakes covered in almond butter, maple syrup, blueberry syrup, and chocolate chips. With fresh fruit. Gotta have fresh fruit 🍌🍉🍓🥝
Tip: Add a heaping spoonful of almond butter to your smoothie. It will make it creamier and goes with a lot more flavors than peanut butter does. 🥄😊
“You did not wake up today to be mediocre.” This is something I have to keep telling myself. I can make the most of my day, or I can bum around and be lazy. I can make excuses, or I can make things work despite any roadblocks that come my way. I’ve been having problems in my right shoulder and have been using that as an excuse to lie down and not do much today. But thankfully I came to my senses; I have a left arm that I can use just fine to take care of chores. I might be slower, but at least I won’t be stagnant 💪🏻 And I’ll be able to finish the day feeling proud of myself instead of functioning at my lowest level. Do you find yourself making excuses for why you can’t do the things you need/want to do? It seems silly that we would sabotage ourselves this way, but we do it all the time. . . . . . I’ve been having these fruit bowls lately. I saw passionfruit at market recently and was SO excited 😍 (I’m passionate about passionfruit...okay, I’m done being corny 🙃). I also like to ad coconut yogurt and rawnola on top. I love these wholesome bowls and so do my boys. Sometimes they request it for dinner! I’m so thankful to have access to an abundance of fresh produce. 🍓🍌🍉🥝🍋🍍🥑🍊
As the weather changes, I find myself craving more fresh foods. 🌞 This is frozen bananas blended with a little bit of peanut butter and almond milk, then swirled with chocolate sauce, dragonfruit, and rawnola 🍦
