  • Medjool dates (quantity based on preference)
  • Creamy peanut butter
  • Jam or jelly of your choice (e.g., raspberry jam)
  • Dark chocolate, melted
  • Flaky sea salt

Method

  • Step 1

    Line a tray or plate with parchment paper.

  • Step 2

    Arrange a layer of Medjool dates on the parchment paper. The quantity is flexible, so use as many as you like based on your preference. Press the dates down to form a compact base.

  • Step 3

    Spread a generous and even layer of creamy peanut butter over the pressed dates.

  • Step 4

    Add a layer of your favorite jam or jelly on top of the peanut butter.

  • Step 5

    Melt dark chocolate and pour it as the final layer over the jam. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top of the melted chocolate.
