ingredients
- 8 tabelspoons Almond flour
- 4 tablespoons Fine almond flour
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 4 tabelspoons Cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 tabelspoons Water
- 4 tablespoons Maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Dark chocolate chips
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 Degrees.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the almond flour, oatmeal, cornstarch, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt and mix well until smooth.
Step 3
Then add the water, the maple syrup and the vanilla and stir well until the mixture is completely homogeneous.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into two 240ml mug or cup and add on the top dark chocolate chips.
Step 5
Bake for 20-22 minutes and then let cool for 15 minutes before eating to finish cooking.
