ingredients

  • 8 tabelspoons Almond flour
  • 4 tablespoons Fine almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 4 tabelspoons Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tabelspoons Water
  • 4 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dark chocolate chips

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 180 Degrees.

  • Step 2

    In a bowl, combine the almond flour, oatmeal, cornstarch, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt and mix well until smooth.

  • Step 3

    Then add the water, the maple syrup and the vanilla and stir well until the mixture is completely homogeneous.

  • Step 4

    Pour the mixture into two 240ml mug or cup and add on the top dark chocolate chips.

  • Step 5

    Bake for 20-22 minutes and then let cool for 15 minutes before eating to finish cooking.
