ingredients
- 1 cup Spelt flour
- 6 tablespoons Cacao powder
- 1 1/2 cups Coconut sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 2 tablespoons Flax meal
- 4 tablespoons Water
- 4 tablespoons Coconut oil
- 1 cup Vegetable milk
- 1 teaspoon Vainilla
- 1 1/4 Dark chocolate chips
Method
Step 1
First Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Step 2
In a bowl mix the flour, cocoa powder, sugar and baking powder well.
Step 3
In another bowl add the flax meal + the water and let it rest for a few minutes.
Step 4
Then Add the vegetable oil, milk and vanilla and mix the flax flour with the water and mix with all the dry ingredients.
Step 5
With the help of a tablespoon put the mixture in each muffin mold and Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at the temperature of 180 Degrees.
Step 6
Then let cool for about 10 minutes and you’re ready to enjoy!
