Quinoa Bowl with Miso Dressing

  • 1/ 2 cup quinoa
  • 3/ 4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons grapeseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon miso paste
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 cup raw and/or cooked vegetables


  • Step 1

    In a small saucepan, combine the quinoa with 3/4 cup water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then cover and cook over medium low heat until water is absorbed, 10 to 12 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.

  • Step 2

    In a small bowl add grapeseed oil, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, miso and garlic powder. Whisk until combined.

  • Step 3

    To serve, add the quinoa and the vegetables into a bowl and add the dressing on top and you’re ready to enjoy!
