ingredients

  • 1/2 chia seeds
  • 2 cup Vegetable milk
  • 2 teaspoo Vainilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Cacao powder
  • 4 tablespoon Maple syrup or other sweetener of your choice

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix chia seeds, vegetable milk, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and maple syrup in a bowl until well combined.

  • Step 2

    Then let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour.

  • Step 3

    Once the resting time has passed, you can remove it from the fridge and serve the chia mousse in your favorite little bowl or glass.

  • Step 4

    Serve with the topping that you like the most and ready to enjoy!
