- 1/2 chia seeds
- 2 cup Vegetable milk
- 2 teaspoo Vainilla extract
- 1/2 cup Cacao powder
- 4 tablespoon Maple syrup or other sweetener of your choice
Method
Step 1
Mix chia seeds, vegetable milk, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and maple syrup in a bowl until well combined.
Step 2
Then let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
Step 3
Once the resting time has passed, you can remove it from the fridge and serve the chia mousse in your favorite little bowl or glass.
