ingredients
- 1/3 cup Cacao butter
- 1/4 Pistachio butter
- 3 tabelspoons maple syrup, agave or another sweetener of your choice.
- 1/2 teas Lecithin soy
- 1 teaspoo Vainilla extract
Method
Step 1
First melt the cocoa butter in a double boiler or in the microwave.
Step 2
Then add the pistachio butter, sweetener, vanilla extract, and soy lecithin.
Step 3
Mix well until homogeneous.
Step 4
Then pour the chocolate mixture into the chocolate mold (I used a silicone mold) and bring it to the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Step 5
Once the chocolates are solid, you can start enjoying them!
